Harmony Farm

Visitor Waiver & Assumption of Risk

LIVE BEES & ACTIVE APIARY

LIVE HONEY BEES ARE PRESENT ON THIS PROPERTY.

Harmony Farm is an active working farm and apiary. Live honey bees are present on the property.

Visitors may be in or near areas where honey bees are actively kept and managed. Bee stings can occur even when visitors follow all posted rules and instructions. Bee stings may cause pain, swelling, allergic reactions, and, in some individuals, severe or potentially life-threatening anaphylactic reactions.

Visitors must never touch, disturb, open, move, or approach a beehive unless specifically instructed and supervised by Harmony Farm personnel.

If you have a known severe allergy to bee stings, carefully consider whether entering an active apiary environment is appropriate for you.

 FLORIDA AGRITOURISM WARNING

Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury, death, damage, or loss. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
